How can you help support the mission of SDCWC?

There many opportunities for different kinds of involvement and support.

Become aware of watershed issues

SDCWC holds monthly public meetings that include presentations by experts on conservation-related topics. Meetings are usually held on the evening of the second Tuesday of each  month, at the Driftwood Public Library in Lincoln City.  Please refer to our calendar for more information.

Volunteer monitoring and restoration projects

SDCWC has held over five outdoor work days each year in a variety of locations in the watersheds within its jurisdiction.  For volunteer opportunities, click here.

Technical and organizational advisory committee participation

SDCWC is looking for volunteers with special skills and interests who can help with monitoring and restoration proposal development and review, as well as with volunteer recruiting, public education, and fundraising.
